I purchased a couch from FAB Furniture on 09/02/2019. 7 weeks later they were unable to deliver my couch and no one could explain to me where my couch is. I requested a refund and the manager promised me that my refund will be paid out within 10 working days. That was 1 April 2019. Until today I did not received my refund. I am calling multiple numbers at the Germiston Branch and none of them are answering my calls. If I call from different numbers they answer and when they hear it is my they drop the call. I am very disappointed in the service I received! Please do not support Fab Furniture as they are not professional and honest business people. If anyone want support regarding my matter I am more when happy to provide you support that prove my case!
