I have rated them 1 star because we do not have negative scoring point. It took them 7 months to deliver my couches (not what I had initially ordered) and they refused to refund me the balance after I took cheaper couches instead of my initial order. Oh, also the couch I received started tearing apart (stitches coming out) after I have only had it for 2 weeks. I had even took the matter to consumer goods ombudsman and they failed to assist me because no one in the company responded to their calls and emails; I was advised to take the matter to small claims court. I bought couches at their Clearwater branch in October 2019. I was advised I will get my couches in 6 weeks time. 6 weeks came and passed and I received so many excuse up until factory closures in December. January 2020 I started asking for a refund after realizing despite numerous follow ups (calls to head office, whatsApp, emails and visit to Randburg branch) I was not going to get any couches. I started getting new excuses about someone from finance not being available to approve my refund. This happened all the way into May 2020. In June I saw them advertise on Facebook, I acted as a new customer, I got their attention and even chose couches from what they had. When it was time to pay I advised I had paid long ago and would like to take the available couches since I have been waiting for months for my couches. They did try to tell me to wait until they can make me the couch I initially ordered, I refused, knowing this was my only chance to try and get something for the money I paid. Newly selected couch was delivered 2 weeks later and 2 weeks later it started to unstitch. I did not even bother calling them, as I knew if they took the couch back, I might never get it back again. Do not buy from this shop! I repeat, do not buy from F.A.B Furniture, you will regret it for the rest of your life.

I ordered couches end of August. They quoted me a lead time of 8-12 weeks. I did not have a problem with the lead time. The problem came whenever I tried to follow up to see the progress. I could not get a hold of anyone. The started ignoring my calls and whats-apps. Only when I message then on Facebook did they tell me they will get someone to come back to me. Which no one did, until I started calling non stop and threatening to cancel my order. I eventually got a hold of someone, They told me delivery will take place on Saturday, which it didn't. On Tuesday I was promised delivery again. On Tuesday when I called to confirm they forgot to schedule my delivery. Same thing happened on Wednesday. On Thursday I couldn't get through to anyone, but finally after 6pm Thursday night they delivered my couches to me. The couches are comfy enough, but the one side already has a small tear in it. If you don't mind waiting a long time for your couches, you can order from them.

I placed an order with F.A.B Furniture on 21 April for a Casablance Cnr Couch. It is now 6 weeks later and still no couch. I have had a very bad experience with communication on production of my couch. I often waited 3 days to hear back from anyone. I have received pics of my couch and have been told my couch is ready. Now they have issues with their deliveries! Do yourselves a favour and stay away from F.A.B Furniture unless you are prepared for false promises and a long haul wait!

I purchased a couch from FAB Furniture on 09/02/2019. 7 weeks later they were unable to deliver my couch and no one could explain to me where my couch is. I requested a refund and the manager promised me that my refund will be paid out within 10 working days. That was 1 April 2019. Until today I did not received my refund. I am calling multiple numbers at the Germiston Branch and none of them are answering my calls. If I call from different numbers they answer and when they hear it is my they drop the call. I am very disappointed in the service I received! Please do not support Fab Furniture as they are not professional and honest business people. If anyone want support regarding my matter I am more when happy to provide you support that prove my case!

I purchased a couch from FAB Furniture on 09/02/2019. 7 weeks later they were unable to deliver my couch and no one could explain to me where my couch is. I requested a refund and the manager promised me that my refund will be paid out within 10 working days. That was 1 April 2019. Until today I did not received my refund. I am calling multiple numbers at the Germiston Branch and none of them are answering my calls. If I call from different numbers they answer and when they hear it is my they drop the call. I am very disappointed in the service I received! Please do not support Fab Furniture as they are not professional and honest business people. If anyone want support regarding my matter I am more when happy to provide you support that prove my case!

This company is the worst ever!!1 Bought the couch last November. They brought a wrong couch at 21h00, It was brown and i wanted black. Cynthia is the worst person to deal with ever. They lie and customer service is non existence. Tapiwa is just as useless. When you cancel they tell you 25% cancellation fee.

Terrible customer service and disappointing service delivery. I had ordered a couch in February 2019 and when I placed my order and paid ,i was told it takes 3-6 weeks and in the 6th week I get delivery. It is way over 6 weeks and haven't gotten anything!! Head office never seems to answer and they select when to reply to emails. When I call the main store in Randburg, they never seem to have a manager ?! I have left many messages and emails yet I'm still left couch less!!! Left messages and emails asking for a call from a manager or someone who can help me get some info yet absolutely NOTHING! Zero customer service!!! Highly disappointed and definitely would not recommend them at all!!!!

upon ordering and paying for a couch on the 10th of Feb 2019. We are still waiting for delivery, Upon contacting sales person and Cynthia do not respond, making excuses as they will speak to factory manager, they are liars and thieves. STAY AWAY
