Dear Cartrack, Please stop contacting me immediately. I am receiving 2–3 calls daily from your team, all repeating the same information, and this has now become harassment. I have already requested that my policy be cancelled, as I have moved all my vehicles to another service provider. Despite communicating this multiple times, I continue to receive the same calls, which indicates that my requests are not being recorded or acknowledged. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service for the following reasons: There is no easily accessible contact line for assistance. I disconnected my battery on three separate occasions and received no follow-up or alert. When there was an issue, you contacted my next of kin—whom I had asked to be updated—instead of contacting me directly, even though I am the person potentially at risk. This experience has been frustrating, and I genuinely regret choosing your service. Consider this a formal warning: stop calling me daily and ensure your team reviews internal notes or call recordings before contacting customers. If this continues, I will escalate the matter on public platforms.

Pizza - 100/10 Staff Doreen - 100/10 Atmosphere - 10/10 I have never ever tasted such a gorgeous pizza like i did this Friday. It was our date night and decided to try Toni's and boy were we suprised. The manager even came around and offered us free tequilas. Did i mention that the Pizza was amazing. Doreen was so great, she recommended pizzas to have and she was spot on. The bill was so affordable. Definetley coming back
Wonderful, efficient and professional service received from CLC and Trademan24/7. I had a room that was flooded due to a toilet leak and Wiseman was so great. He picked up the issue and replaced the mechanism. Till today the toilet is working perfectly fine. The staff who handled my call were professionals, the plumbers were on time and did quality repairs. Will definetely recommend
I had a router and sim that I pay R99 monthly for. I was sent another one that has 20g day n 20g night but never used it. I asked for my data to stop when it finished now I'm bring billed R240. Why? Please fix this.

I put a claim and not the entire claim was paid for. Told numerous times that the windscreen would be replaced but till today. They don't follow up
I have been sending call back requests to the telkom team and they call but disconnect the line. There is no technical issue bcos I can hear them speaking to their colleagues. They just doing this for stats but not helping customers.
Quote was R1200 n they made a policy for R1500 n when I ask, they cancelled without communicating.
They don't have a number to call when their wifi is down. They don't respond to the whatsapp in over 48hours. I pay for something I didn't use. This is unacceptable. It is xmas times and kids are stranded. They don't even send a text to inform is of this outage
