Miway does not take people serious.
Miway doesn't take people serious. I have been requesting for conclusion an accident from 2020. Whenever I request information/ status about the matter, I get silence, or someone who has been handling the matter has moved to another department, then someone new must come in and not even assist. How long should I wait to finalize this issue?1 reply

Disappointed in poor communication from Volkswagen finance
I'm still waiting for a proper response for the email i sent on 31 December 2025. Please assist with a summary of the total amount paid for the vehicle loan, in addition, please indicate how much I have paid towards the interest for the vehicle loan. All I received was a statement NOT a response to my question. I sent a follow up email without any response.1 reply

Poor customer service by First National Bank
I requested information in relation to my bond. I keep getting negative responses since the 31 December 2025. I wanted to know how much I have paid towards the bond and how much has gone to the interests from 2018 to date. Im told to retrieve the statement and calculate manually. This is so disappointing how this bank treats its customers. The worst part is that the fnb app does not even generate the statement.1 reply

Having a loan with VW finance it's a nightmare.
Dealing with VW finance is just pathetic. I sent them an email requesting clarity on the last date and the last amount to be paid. In addition I have been paying advance amounts on my vehicle loan, so I wanted to get clarity as to what happens to that amount and balloon when I finish paying the remaining premium amount.They sent settlement and statement. None of those documents explain what I asked. I sent emails twice, then I still get the 2 documents.1 reply

Unhappy with scorpion legal
Scorpion legal enjoys to collect money, however when it's time to assist their clients they drag their feet. I'm still waiting to get help as per my previous complains. This should be a warning to anyone who wants to join them.1 reply

Poor customer treatment by Scorpion Legal protection
Since June 2025 i have reported a private matter with scorpion. Its almost five months and there is no progress. Why is scorpion collecting money however when it comes to addressing problems they are slow?1 reply

Scorpion Legal does not respect its clients.
I'm not happy with Scorpion Legal, they are not taking my concerns seriously. I reported a matter in June 2025, I submitted the proof required to ensure my issue is addressed. However, to date there is no progress. The last update was when I was told they will activate their attorneys to attend to my concerns, furthermore, I was told they can't get hold of their attorneys. This is very disappointing considering that payments are deducted on a daily basis. But when we need help we have to struggle.5 replies

Empty promises from Miway and their attorneys
Miway legal is not taking me serious. I had an accident in 2020, and their legal team promised to investigate my case to ensure I get my access amount from the person who caused the accident. They appointed attorneys called B&A attorneys, which I don't know how far they went with this issue. Around April 2025 I made a follow up, I'm told MUTHRAY & ASSOCIATES have been appointed to assist on the matter. Then in July I made another follow up with new attorneys they. indicated that they will give feedback in 2 weeks. I'm approaching 2 month, there's no update.2 replies

No clear feedback from Miway in relation to 2020 accident!!!
I'm not happy with silent treatment I'm getting. I had an accident in 2020, the claim was concluded. However, the legal team promised to represent me to ensure I get my excess amount from the person who bumped into my car. To date I don't know what's happening with this matter, I have been following up since the beginning of this year, to no positive response.1 reply
