Couldn't be more annoyed with being a member of this gym honestly. They are forever ready to take our money but can't never answer questions or offer help. Now that gyms are closed, we are expected to still pay for July despite not being able to use the gyms and we get no compensation whatsoever! Being in lockdown with covid being so high has been tough on all us, esp financially! Yet we are expected to pay and the lady at head office has a nerve to tell me that "shes also feeling the lockdown" difference is that you still getting paid unless many of us! Think it's really unfair that we are not allowed to freeze our membership until we are able to access the gym or afford to pay for it! Instead we are just expected to pay for it and get zero compensation!
Utterly disappointed with planet fitness. I can't explain the regret I have signing up to be a member with them. They lack customer communication and never seem to help. All they do, is find loop holes so the member seems at fault. And it's truly unacceptable that we as members have to pay extra when planet fitness themselves have issues with the debit orders. Why do we have to pay extra every time it's the gyms fault? And as. For the customer service call Centre, such a waste of time as they are off no help. Can't wait to finish my membership and move to a better gym company who values their members and finds solutions rather than fault the member!
Please don't ever purchase a bed from Mr price home. Especially online. Firstly the Mr price home store didn't have the full parts of the bed in store yet they were advertising it so they made me do an online order which I did. Two weeks into having the bed, the chip board which is placed on the side of the bed to hold the mattress chipped and broke. I go back to the store,they tell me they can't do anything as I have to deal with head office. Head offices customer care service is terrible. They have terrible communication s****s, they don't seem to know anything, they never update and give empty promises. This all happened in March. We are in at the end of May and they still haven't dealt with my issue. I have made numerous calls, no one ever calls back or responses to emails. Suddenly last week, when I called the lady tells me unfortunately they can't do a return and give a refund so they will send a replacement part to the store I purchased it from. So I went there this passed weekend and the replacement part was also damaged!!! So I didn't take it. So once again, Monday I called head office again and still absolutely nothing! Zero communication s****s, zero help! Zero updates or anything!! Truly am disappointed in the type of customer care I have received. I'm still sitting with a broken bed and no assistance or anything!
Terrible customer service and disappointing service delivery. I had ordered a couch in February 2019 and when I placed my order and paid ,i was told it takes 3-6 weeks and in the 6th week I get delivery. It is way over 6 weeks and haven't gotten anything!! Head office never seems to answer and they select when to reply to emails. When I call the main store in Randburg, they never seem to have a manager ?! I have left many messages and emails yet I'm still left couch less!!! Left messages and emails asking for a call from a manager or someone who can help me get some info yet absolutely NOTHING! Zero customer service!!! Highly disappointed and definitely would not recommend them at all!!!!
