I ordered books and a card game at the end of September. Hoping to have it before the 20th of October to be able to give it as a gift for someone. It only came on the 23rd of October. This is the 2nd time I ordered from them, the 1st time I also waited a while for my stuff to come.
I had the worst experience with them. I was in a car accident on the 16th of January 2020. My car got towed by First help to renew it.. First off they weren't suppose to take my car there in the first place. In the process the back of my car (the boot door) got damaged. Neither company wants to own up for damaging my car. The promised me that after receipt of parts the lead time is 15 days. They let me know the parts arrived and I wait. After 30 days. (At this point I had to give my rental car back as my insurance only covers 30 days) I follow up with regarding how long my car will take. They didn't even start with it yet. This was on a Friday, they promised me I will get a courtesy car on Monday. After fighting with them for 3/4 weeks I finally got a courtesy car. Still no progress on my own car. I got my car back the day before lockdown. The boot still dented. The paint job not a 100%. But at least they fixed the door that got damaged by the accident. The service I received was Abysmal.
I ordered couches end of August. They quoted me a lead time of 8-12 weeks. I did not have a problem with the lead time. The problem came whenever I tried to follow up to see the progress. I could not get a hold of anyone. The started ignoring my calls and whats-apps. Only when I message then on Facebook did they tell me they will get someone to come back to me. Which no one did, until I started calling non stop and threatening to cancel my order. I eventually got a hold of someone, They told me delivery will take place on Saturday, which it didn't. On Tuesday I was promised delivery again. On Tuesday when I called to confirm they forgot to schedule my delivery. Same thing happened on Wednesday. On Thursday I couldn't get through to anyone, but finally after 6pm Thursday night they delivered my couches to me. The couches are comfy enough, but the one side already has a small tear in it. If you don't mind waiting a long time for your couches, you can order from them.
I was on vacation at the Blue Marlin Hotel. Can I just say what a great vacation it was. Every single staff member I came across was friendly and very helpful. The food was good. I had such a pleasant stay I can't wait to go there again!
I wanted to cancel my Policy. Thy called me and offered me a better premium and it was good friendly service.
