This company has had my car since 19 December 2019, 1st they ordered the wrong part. Sporadically contacted me on the status of repair. In January i was told the return date of my vehicle is 9th January 2020, on the 28th Janaury 2020, 20 days past this promised date they informed me that the vehicle is in paint preparation stage. Message was received from Wahieba. On the 4th of February 2020 I phoned them to know the state of the vehicle and is still in paint preparation and Wahieba had left the company. This company is a ridiculous excuse of a panelbeaters. Don't fix your car here. Btw i still don't have my vehicle. I was promised I will receive it on the 7th February 2020.
upon ordering and paying for a couch on the 10th of Feb 2019. We are still waiting for delivery, Upon contacting sales person and Cynthia do not respond, making excuses as they will speak to factory manager, they are liars and thieves. STAY AWAY
My fiber connection has been down since Monday. I phoned on Monday 29 October and on Tuesday my connection was still down! I contacted vox only to be told the lady to whom i spoke to on Monday did not raise a ticket. The guy( whos name i will not say) raised a ticket with vumatel; vumatel immediately smsed me to notify me everything was fine... lo behold by Wednesday the connection was still down! I phoned again and by Thursday same story... by Friday a manager phoned me and assured me vox will do all they can... well by Saturday nothing has been resolved and in those 6 days Vox has only phoned me ONCE for a follow up call. Should i beg for just one ounce of service Vox... or should i just subtract the 6 and counting days rates of my next eft payment!
Telkom decided to take money from my wife's account without authority to do so. On the 24th August. she paid the account due end of August 2018 of 1213.08, and on the 31st August we had a debit order that she cancelled of the same amount, as she made a manual payment on the 24th. Telkom than sent us an email detailing the payment of the 24th and bounced payment 31st, and showing that the account is paid. but on the 14th of September telkom decided to take money from her account as her account is in arrears, although it is not!! when contacting telkom we were advised that nothing can be done to rectify this, unless she changes her bank details, and also telkom says the account is still in arrears even though the Telkom statement states otherwise!!! We have sent bankstatements and the Telkom statement to no avail, if anyone wishes to see these statements we will forward them to anyone who asks!! Thanks telkom for STEALING money
