Zero zero zero. I ordered a pair of running shoes from New Balance online store. This was on 24th December . 1 month later, multiple emails and phone calls. I still don’t have my trainers and no one has helped to try and trace them and get them to me! The telephone numbers on the automated email responses are not in service. My tracking number with dpd laser tells me the package is on its way to its next destination! This has been the case since about 29th December . I cannot fathom that the delay is still connected to ‘festive season rush’ if it is then hire an extra driver on a temporary basis and catch up on your deliveries! @ New Balance. No response is a response! Not a single manager or person has called me regarding this shocking shocking service! I will never order from new balance again I simply cannot fathom how the business is being run! Never mind dpd laser!!!!! My parcel is in transit for 23 days. I reside in a main centre so it’s not like I’m in a rural or remote area . There is simply no excuse viable at this point for this lack of service? Very very disappointed
