What a disappointment!!!!! I purchased the Angelcare AC1100 and only used it about 5 times before it broke. We have been to the shop where we bought it three times to try and ask for assistance to send this model back as it is still under warranty. They were no help at all!! We then tried to contact Angelcare ourselves with emails and phoning customer care but no one seems to be interested to help solve the problem. Angelcare told us to communicate via email but we haven’t heard anything back in months. I am so upset! We paid a lot of money for this device but what a waste of money!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!
