We got two C127 monitors for our twins in Jul/Aug 2022. We used the monitors for the first time in the beginning of December but to our absolute disappointment, the volume on both monitors are so soft you cant hear anything. We have increased the volume to its highest level but still almost no volume. You have to hold the remote next to your ear to hear something. We’ve removed the monitors because its absolutely useless and the biggest waste of money ever. We’re sitting with the monitors now and cant use them because of its issue. I won’t suggest this monitors to anyone.

Purchased an angelcare dressup bin for my kid 3years back, and until now after knowing the lack of customer care ,I'm really sadden to having to write up my review in expressing my disappointment. Used the bin for atleast 2years and packed it away , it's a great bin , no doubt but now my wife is expecting the second baby, and noticed the refills (octagon) are discontinued. Angel care refuses to replace the bin to one that takes current refills as they say they ran a swap promo for 2 years after I purchased it initially til April2021 according to the lady who called me to inform me that they can't swap mine .I honestly didn't see any swapping promo at the babycity near me during the two years I was using it, No exceptions could even be made to consider even with a pandemic over our heads as a reason . A poor marketing design by you guys side must cost us parents to pay more for a new bin. I will definitely advise friends and family to purchase a different brand that have better marketing and design team so we know they won't change their designs and cost us more money. We can't just be throwing a good condition bin because refills aren't made for it and go out and purchase a new one. Surely Angelcare can swap it and reconfigure these old bins to fit new casettes. Don't understand how it can be a loss to you guys . Regards

DO NOT BUY THIS MONITORS!! Save yourself from wasting money. I spent R1399 and I can’t even use my monitor. You are not valued as a customer. Monitor beeps and wakes my baby up. BabiesRus and angel care monitors does not acknowledge their own refund policies. They refused to change or refund me. I did not want a refund I just wanted a product that worked. As a first time mom you need to have faith and trust in a company. I have none in angecare. Had my monitor for 20days and as a first time mother I am not aways able to get transport. They do not clarify that theirs products are not mobile and has to be plugged in. Customer service was awful and I did not feel valued as a customer. Rather invest in a company that will make you feel valued and respected as a customer.

Thney want me to buy direct from them at retail of R299 + R150 courier or I must go collect. As they refuse to pay delivery fee As I cannot produce a slip for a bin that cannot be more than R300. Not what you would expect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Angelcare South Africa, and in particular Vanessa Preston for the excellent service offered to us. Our newborn baby was discharged from NICU/high care after 6 weeks, and we were under strict instruction from the pediatrician that we should monitor her. The team at Angelcare, in the midst of lockdown, went out of their way to help us get everything we need and to set-up the monitor. Thank you so much!

What a disappointment!!!!! I purchased the Angelcare AC1100 and only used it about 5 times before it broke. We have been to the shop where we bought it three times to try and ask for assistance to send this model back as it is still under warranty. They were no help at all!! We then tried to contact Angelcare ourselves with emails and phoning customer care but no one seems to be interested to help solve the problem. Angelcare told us to communicate via email but we haven’t heard anything back in months. I am so upset! We paid a lot of money for this device but what a waste of money!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!

Very disappointed with Angelcare. Received a AC1300 sound and video monitor as a gift and started using it May 2017. Now June 2018 the parent unit only functions while connected to power. Babycity phoned on my behalf and all they can say is that there aren't ans spare parts and the model isn't being made anymore so there will never be spare parts. No refund, no new monitor or at least discount to buy a new monitor. Nothing! My parents decided to buy the most expensive angelcare in the hopes that it would be a great product and this is what we get. Utterly disappointed. Will make it my goal to discourage people from buying anything from angelcare as there is no after-sale service! What a joke

Office hours are office hours. Left 5 messages to call me back when there is no answer during office hours as described on their message system. Microphone on my baby monitor does not work.
