I do not bother wasting my time at a babiesRus specifically the one in midlands mall. The staff are rude (especially the men, they are very arrogant and ***ist) and the staff are no helpful at all regarding product information. The staff will blatantly lie to store reps and will shout at you. The refund policy that babies r us has hanging on the wall should be taken off because apparently that policy doesn’t apply to certain customers.
DO NOT BUY THIS MONITORS!! Save yourself from wasting money. I spent R1399 and I can’t even use my monitor. You are not valued as a customer. Monitor beeps and wakes my baby up. BabiesRus and angel care monitors does not acknowledge their own refund policies. They refused to change or refund me. I did not want a refund I just wanted a product that worked. As a first time mom you need to have faith and trust in a company. I have none in angecare. Had my monitor for 20days and as a first time mother I am not aways able to get transport. They do not clarify that theirs products are not mobile and has to be plugged in. Customer service was awful and I did not feel valued as a customer. Rather invest in a company that will make you feel valued and respected as a customer.
Do not purchase any livewell products unless you are absolutely sure there are no worms or ****roaches in their products. Recently I purchased the livewell almonds and cranberries and found worms and webs in my product. On a previous occasion I purchased the peanuts and raisins corn my sister who was in hospital and had just given birth. There was a ****roach inside the packet a small dead and dried ****roach. I have tried to get pick n pay to look into the matter and to compensate me for monies lost but they have not gotten into contact with me or resolved this matter even after a month. I have pictures of worms and still have not received a reply.
I am absolutely disturb at the floor manager or who ever she was (Courtney) I managed to get her name who was at the midlands mall store which I frequent often to purchase my desserts and cakes. I had visited the midlands mall store in Pietermaritzburg on the 26 July 2020 and stood in the queue with my parents to purchase a cake and Courtney rushed up to us after having a lovely chat (not social distancing with another customer whom she was chatting up (a male) to scream and I do mean shout at us about how she is only allowed 2 people in the store ( I do understand the protocols but Courtney could have been a bit more professional) and people walking by stopped to watch as she screamed at us. I am originally from Cape Town and I am not surprised at all with service levels here in KZN but I usually do receive good customer service but today was just utterly unprofessional and plain out rude. She has your typical white lives matter attitude and was just being extremely racist which and I was just disgusted at the Treatment we received. After I informed her that she was not being very respectful or professional she carried on shouting and acted very nonchalantly and continued chatting up her other male white customer with thee most utter companion and profession. I Honestly can’t believe that is the type of employees chateaux gâteaux employs. I do hope she is reprimanded as I can only imagine the treatment other non-white customers receive and don’t place a complaint. I was utterly disappointed that I just left my order. I recently emailed clicks about how one of their pharmacists dispensed the wrong dosage of medication for my chronic asthma and they have yet to reply. Instead of giving me what my script required (Symbicord 4,5 160) she insisted I take the symbicord 4,5 80 said to take double the dosage it’s the same thing and that she couldn’t even exchange it as I already left the store, got home and saw it was the wrong pump. I took that pump for 1 1/2 months before complaining to my doctor about constant chest pains, tightness and regular asthma attacks which never happened before. It’s absolutely disgusting that’s clicks hasn’t even replied because this is an important issue. Pharmacists should never just give what they think is best for chronic medication alternatives, they are not doctors and should just dispense medication. I am very lucky to have a doctor that could ensure I didn’t do any permanent scaring or damage to my lungs but someone else might not be as fortunate as me, don’t just take what a pharmacist wants to give you. Stick to the script. I now shop at dischem. If you want the name of the pharmacist I will gladly give it to you.
Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a yoco card machine 3 weeks ago did not receive it even after 3 weeks of constant calling to which I was promised I would receive what I PAID for I am still awaiting my machine. I emailed yoco about 3 times and still no response. I want a refund and I’m getting one for this made of waste of time. Don’t bother purchasing a machine they just take your money and make you run in cirlces. Disgusting. Poor service and a disappointment to business owners.
I complained on multiple occasions about the McDonald’s in Plumstead Gabriel road in Cape Town, South Africa. They have still not contacted me on any of thorax occasions. This is one instance: I was extremely disgusted and disturbed by the service that I received whilst placing my order. I ordered 5 big tastes for my family and the cashier crew id 46 Vuyokazi G. reacted in such a ugly manner when I told her I wanted to redeem a voucher on with my order, she publicly complained say ooh eh eh etc and showing her disapproval with me. Why are the staff not trained to do these vouchers? The manager Edwina Jacobs who witnessed this and even after I exclaimed to the both of them that what she did was bad service just apologize and did not reprimanded her. I am extremely disappointed and angry that this is the type of service I received and nothing was done about it. This incident occurred at the McDonald’s in Plumstead Gabriel Rd. This is not the first incident I’ve had with this McDonald’s, from cold breakfast to bitter or over milky coffee, it’s absolutely absurd at the quality of our McDonald’s in SA. Is this the type of workers this franchise is employing? A disgusted customer.
