Cancelled my Telkom account in July 2018, received confirmation of the cancellation and had to pay for an additional month for the cancellation to go-trough. In September Telkom started to bill me again and have done so ever since. Logged disputes without any response, lately unable to log any response. Telkom has recently handed me over to dept collectors and still unable to get a response from them. I just want to cancel my account and keep it cancelled without being blacklisted. Please can Telkom please sort this out.
Very disappointed with Angelcare. Received a AC1300 sound and video monitor as a gift and started using it May 2017. Now June 2018 the parent unit only functions while connected to power. Babycity phoned on my behalf and all they can say is that there aren't ans spare parts and the model isn't being made anymore so there will never be spare parts. No refund, no new monitor or at least discount to buy a new monitor. Nothing! My parents decided to buy the most expensive angelcare in the hopes that it would be a great product and this is what we get. Utterly disappointed. Will make it my goal to discourage people from buying anything from angelcare as there is no after-sale service! What a joke
Because I am moving to Klerksdorp from Kimberley I requested to cancel my contract. Only to find out I have to pay a cancellation fee, I have been a loyal paying customer for 8 years. <br> I was made to believe, that because I have been a paying member for 8 years, I can pay a reduced monthly fee, all I need to do is come in sign for a new card and pay R99.00 to re-register as my information is outdated. Only to find out when I have to relocate to Klerksdorp that I have actually signed a new contract. Yes, I have signed the contract,but under the pretence that I was signing for a new card. I think the way this issue have been handled from the start is in breach of the consumer protection act, if I joined any other fitness club or gym in Kimberley, I will then agree that I have tried to get out of my contract, I had to relocate to another town because of work. Yes, a Virgin Active opened 5 months after this in Klerksdorp and I was asked if I would consider moving my account to Klerksdorp. I agreed that I would go to the Gym after in opened and see if I would move my account. Only to find that I have been debited before the gym has opened for a month's fee and a lot of other headaches.
