When wanting to take ypur money and upgrade they are fast as can be but when you want to downgrade due to financial reasons, they are not forthcoming to assist. Can downgrade cheque accounts in store and get new card days later but come to credit card where you pay fees for, they don't contact you for assistance. Typical robbery ..
I cancelled my data contract beginning December and I was told on the phone that it was cancelled but true as day I get debited for it on the 1st of Jan again.
26 months ago i bought a willard battery after really having great success with willard batteries in the past. I see my battery only has a 25 month warrantee and seems really suspicious that there is a 25 month warrantee and a couple weeks after that expires my battery dies. I dont want to move away from willard but fearful my next battery will do the same therefore feel i must change brands. Please advise
Got a tom tom touch last year, within 6 months the strap broke, got a replacement after i complained. Not even 1 month later my watch fell off my arm- now i sit with needing to pay for a new watch because tom tom has such rubbish straps !!!!! Not fair !!! People out there DO NOT BUY TOM TOM WATCHES !!!
Absolutely shocking service with empty promises. Via takealot and really ****py service from sky , I have been sitting with damaged goods that was scheduled for collection 1 week ago. 5 days of missed collection. Smses phone calls all promising me delivery. With no luck. Sky net do you want me to be your courier ?????? At least that way I know it will be done !!! Useless
Twice this year I have bought items on takealot. Arrives after the promised date and then being defective and needing to return /need to return as per free 30 day option, they never collect on promised day only for me to follow up with them to get a new date which is also missed to have to follow up AGAIN. Reason for using takealot and not retail stores is to avoid useless service but that's all I seem to run into now with them...
Office hours are office hours. Left 5 messages to call me back when there is no answer during office hours as described on their message system. Microphone on my baby monitor does not work.

After purchasing a mirror set from Mr Price Mall of Africa, I get home to find that the mirror is damaged, take it back to mr price Cresta as is close to me, to be told that for damages, I have to take it back to Mall of Africa. I then had to myself look on the shelves if cresta even has stock of same item as their systems were loading and she was too lazy to walk over to the shelf to see if there was stock in the store. Post pondering about this and reviewing my slip, there is no comment of this on there and I refused to do this. Prudence (Assistant manager) was the lady 'helping' me was very dismissive of me, And borderline rude. I insisted she phones the area manager to confirm same, where she never communicated to me at all what was happening and to wait 10 minutes till I had to ask the manager what is going on, to be told I can exchange for a non damaged one. Zero eye contact, terrible body language and negative communication (Name badge even upside down- showing no pride). Shopping experience = TERRIBLE!!!
