For the last 6 Months I have been trying to get my freezer repaired. Ive been dealing with Ishmael Mosweu.Technician came out a twice but problem was still there . I was then told I need to pay the call out fee before they will send him again. Which they have not done. Thety do not bother to reply to mails or return phone calls. Its a disgrace that such a large company treats its clients like this!!!!!!!
Sisonke Mlaza handled my claim for my geyser that burst. He was so Proffesional and keep me updated all the way until claim was timeously settled. Thank you you were amazing Sisonke
I have installed mx 3 unit in my vehicle. No panic button was supplied. I called every single day no one could assist. I went my self to their office in waterfall they gave me a panic button but linked it to incorrect vehicle. No one can assist me with linking it to correct vehicle. They just put down the phone after a few minutes. No management will come to phones . But they take your money every month!!!!!!
Bought/or was gifted an angelcare dressup bin for my twin babies that are 5 months old. The refills are discontinued. Angel care refuses to replace the bin to one that takes current refills. Thney want me to buy direct from them at retail of R299 + R150 courier or I must go collect. As they refuse to pay delivery fee As I cannot produce a slip for a bin that cannot be more than R300. Not what you would expect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>On the 12th August Ipaid for my order for a water dispenser. After may phone call they told me the suppier is out of stock and they will refund me. I filled out a refund form yet they have never refunded me my money. They are advertising products that dont exist then dont refund your money!!!! Do not deal with them it is a scam</p>
At the begining of January I paid the year subsciption for the year. But now at end of February debit order goes off. I call multichoice they keep me on hold for 15 minutes then drop the call. I phone back then they tell me I must advise my bank to get the money back.<br> <br> This is costing me time , overdraft fees ,airtime, but no help!!!<br> <br> What a scam!!!

Mtn keep advertising great data deals when i try purchase one it says I am not registerd for self service, so I registered but still get same message.<br> <br> I call the 808 number they keep you on hold for 20 minutes at a time and then put the phone down on you!!!<br> <br> I then tried to call Norwood, Rosebank and sandton branch not one of them answered their phone!!!!!<br> <br> We are being ripped off<br> <br> I hope Cell C takes every single customer!!!!!
