I would like to thank Angelcare South Africa, and in particular Vanessa Preston for the excellent service offered to us. Our newborn baby was discharged from NICU/high care after 6 weeks, and we were under strict instruction from the pediatrician that we should monitor her. The team at Angelcare, in the midst of lockdown, went out of their way to help us get everything we need and to set-up the monitor. Thank you so much!
Traveling to our holiday vacation, we hit a small buck early one morning. We climbed out and found that the buck was unfortunately ****ed by the collision. We assessed the damage to the car, and as there was no leakage continued onward. We submitted the claim via the app (hassle-free) and without any quibbles (even though this was our second claim in our first year of being insured by Naked Insurance.) Our claim was handled in a friendly and efficient manner, keeping us in the loop throughout. We are so glad that we switched to Naked Insurance. Saving on your premium is one thing, but its the level of service you get when you need to claim that makes the difference.
Insurance is usually we associate with red-tape, frustration and scepticism . When I was introduced to Naked insurance by a friend, I was immediately excited. I love that I can get a quote via the app, that I can pause my cover when I am on holiday and save money, and that the company is transparent in everything they do.
