Treadmill scammers!!

So I got Express Treadmill Services to come and repair my treadmill and needless to say that they have removed the part and left with the part 1 month ago and have not been back. they do not answer their phones. Any idea how to get hold of them. Their numbers are: ********** 796/ ********** 550 Have left messages and have sent emails and no one returns calls and no replies from emails. Have paid for a service that was not done! Hope you can give me some advise.
