I am not happy at all with the department, they opened a slot to write a learners license for Sunday the 19 of September 2021 and the centre was closed on this specific day, worse of it all I tried calling the whole week before to confirm if they were opened for my test but no one answered the phone now I have to rebook with my hard earned money again. Why ?
I am new to Telkom opened a contract with them in January but am already fed up with their bad service, last month (April) they over charged me through deductions I had to call them a million times for them to pic up the error, was suppose to get a refund of +R500 when I call for it they telling me a total different story. Telkom has bad service I regret switching
