Ashley Kutukwa Claims to be the CEO of Numen. He is a ***** and a ****. Along with his Father Isaac and Mother Thabetha Kutukwa, they rented a property of mine. They did not not pay the full rent for over two years and refused to leave. By the time I eventually got them evicted they were R127,000 in arrears, Do not do business with Ashley or any of his family. Do not rent premises to them or buy product from them. They will provide a **** residential address, company documents and proof of earnings. Be Warned.
I have been trying for many months now to cancel a 3G contract tyat came to an end a few years ago. I am therefore no longer tied in. It's impossible to do it in a Brach who give a number to call. Firstly no-one ever answers and when they do, they try to convince one to stay or offer other deals. When declined they say that a Text will be sent with confirmation that never arrives. I'm still trying to close my account with no joy. Please will someone from Vodacom contact me ASAP.
Another 2 hours of my day wasted. Sadly I have to leave Discovery due to permanent employment. Went through the process of cancelling and then told to hold on for confirmation. 29mins later and the same boring tune I gave up. If we re on hold can someone get back to us every few minutes or terminate the call. Please also change the same repetitive music.
Again, the worst telephone operating system experience I've ever received. I really don't know what is wrong with Discovery's phone system. It has to be the most frustrating thing I've come across. One goes round and round in this electronic voice queue with no options even close to what one wants. When getting close it asks to enter ones membership number which is then read back in an extremely slow and irritating voice. Then it asks for a 10 digit cell number and goes back to the original menu options. Hugely frustrating and a total waste of time and phone charges. I've been trying to do what I can to stay with Discovery rather than move to Liberty but I think my mind is now made up.
Worst Telephone service ever. I am about to start work with Liberty. One of the conditions is that I need to move on to their health care scheme which I do not want to do. I can avoid this if I am a dependent on my Spouse's Policy. I therefore had some questions to ask Discovery. Firstly, none of the automated responses apply to my Membership, only claims. Then when eventually someone answered after about 30 mins of holding, no-one could answer my questions, They said they would phone me back immediately and I never heard from anyone. I tried again and held on for another 20 minutes before someone answered. They then tried to put me through to the correct department and I was cut off. I called again and after a long wait again asked for someone to call me back and was told that this was not possible. I've now given up in sheer frustration of the entire system. Something is very wrong with Discovery's call centre. They used to be brilliant but given my experience I will probably move to Stanlib unless I hear from someone before the end of today. Please call me on ********** . Thanks. Doug Turvey
