Lies, lies, lies and no delivery

Accepted a quote for new pool and work began in December 2018 with agreement to complete in January 2019 due to holiday season. All monies paid in accordance to work schedule. Kevin from pool connexion gave excuse after excuse to complete the pool, the concrete work not complete besides having been paid for it. Every week Kevin promises to come complete the work within that week but it turns out to be an empty promise each time.
