Account Fraud - Vodacom
I have tried contacting Vocadom since 10:31am to resolve a mistake on my account. it is now 13:05 and still no help. Customer Care forwards so account department ( spoke to a rather rude gentleman) whom forward the call to help desk who forwards your call to upgrades department. There no one answers and the call is disconnected from Vodacoms side. After going through the same tedious process, a second time, my call is forwarded to upgrades department. The lady could not help but explained you always pay your Vodacom in arrears. By her explination you pay the 1 June bill invoiced for "May" which is actually for Aprils usage, which ensures in her words "that you are always indebted to Vodacom". This was the reason for me paying an old contract amount that was upgraded on 24 April. And will only be paying the upgraded contracts tariff 1 July. Even though I have been using the new contract since 1 May. Besides this scandalous unethical business, I have inquired and received a copy of statement from 2019-05-03 to 2020-06-03. Which was grossly confusing as the dates were not consequtive. I took the liberty to reorder all invoices and payments per said statement and realized that even after certain months of subscription being suspended due to my account being in areas, same as this month, I never actually owed them or was in tears. The fact that my account was usually in credit. after completing the statement, I seem to be in credit by R996.00 yet I receive numerous automated phone calls from Vodacom per day about an outstanding amount. I have tried to contact Vodacom. Since 12:00 today the phone is disconnected as soon as the call goes through to the center. I have tried to resolve the issue to no avail and rather rude staff.

Licafedeals SCAM
No product recieved months after purchase. The email provided for quaries returns with mailer_daemon. And the link for shipment is unsafe so cannot enter. No product. Just a SCAM!!!!

WOEMART SCAM
I ordered a waterproof cellphone of 50usd at Woemart, which is an online store. The purchase was made through a link on facebook. I however recieved a fake labelled grey synthetic beanie worth less than the plastic it arrived in. The company will not refund me. Don't get scammed guys.
