BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE ON A LEAKY SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

We installed their Louvre awning on our patio about 4 years ago. There is a leak and blockage on one of the gutters which is causing the awning to peel. We have been trying since last year to get hold of the Cape Town representative and he just does not even bother to come back to us! The after sales service is appalling and from the reviews on their page it seems that this is a problem a couple of people have had!! Disgusting, i would not recommend them at all.
