After Sales Service is non-existent with these people. I paid in excess of R60 000 for this POS, just to be let down by Non-Existent After Sales Service. I have sent numerous Emails and Tried the Helpline. Emails don’t get answered and after holding on for the Helpline for about 50 minutes, I was 3rd in line the whole time, I gave up. Hopefully my Awesome Hello Peter Review will prompt someone to respond. And by the way, their Sales Dept Sucks big time as well. After the deal is signed you will never hear of them again and they also son’t respond well. I dare the Owner/s of Pilot Software to Call me Personally on ********** 161!
