SHOCKING SERVICE FROM PARADIGM SOLUTIONS
Absolutely shocking service from Paradigm Solutions. It seems the addresses in both JHB and CT do not exist. No Paradigm Solutions at the addresses given. Phone lines are non-existent. No response from any of the e-mails or web page live chats. No response from the Accounts or Sales departments when I eventually tried contacting them. My website has been down since 5 June. They don't even deserve the one-star I had to choose.

Great admin service from One Plan
I had an issue with premiums so decided to call. Between Mandy Mchunu and Lukeita Augustine my issue was sorted out within 24 hours and I was very impressed with their fantastic and speedy service. I'm hopeful that this trend will continue if I ever have to deal with One Plan again on admin or claims issues. On a side note - a friend of mine joined One Plan and, after only being with them for a few months, had to have a knee op and hospital stay and One Plan's service could not have been better. Keep up the good work!!

CAT NERD FOR THE WIN!!
