Useless Paradigm Solutions
I hope this business is bankrupt and closing down now. Service is zero, response is zero. And they hold me ransom by not releasing MY domain mechstrip.com which I want to transfer to another ISP. They should be locked up!

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM PARADIGM SOLUTIONS
Absolutely shocking service from Paradigm Solutions. It seems the addresses in both JHB and CT do not exist. No Paradigm Solutions at the addresses given. Phone lines are non-existent. No response from any of the e-mails or web page live chats. No response from the Accounts or Sales departments when I eventually tried contacting them. My website has been down since 5 June. They don't even deserve the one-star I had to choose.

Paradigm Solutions dead in the water?
What has happened?? I cannot get any response from Paradigm Solutions. Not their sales, accounts or support email addresses. Their 086 number no longer active. There website is down. Their facebook page down. I keep getting auto mails that state that my domain renewal needs to get paid although I have long paid it. I am very concerned. What do I do? How do I get my domains moved? Will data be lost? Etc Etc.

Paradigm Solutions dead in the water?
What has happened?? I cannot get any response from Paradigm Solutions. Not their sales, accounts or support email addresses. Their 086 number no longer active. There website is down. Unacceptable Email Hosting Services
I have no emails and my website has been down since 5 June 2023. I had to find out via their website that they are having issues. Upon requesting information or submitting tickets for assistance, I am yet to receive any assistance nor have I received even a call or email regarding the return to service. I find it unacceptable when I have a business to run and I cannot get through to the host of my website and my email provider. I do not know how much business I have lost and how many unhappy clients I have because I am unable to receive or respond to any emails. I am at a loss!
