MTN requires one month notice to cancel a contract. We have been trying to cancel a contract since September 2023. Still being debited on my bank account and if I reverse the payment, my other contract number will be blocked. Below is what has gone on: Notice of cancelation of router 0638917217 was sent to mtn on 26 September 2023. Contract was due to end on 26 October 2023. My account was still debited as follows October 2023 R754, 33 November 2023 R824, 33 December 2023 R754, 33 After sending numerous emails, this contract was only canceled on 08 / 01 / 2024. I want my refund as I did my obligation by notifying MTN through the right channels and provided the correct notification period.
I have no emails and my website has been down since 5 June 2023. I had to find out via their website that they are having issues. Upon requesting information or submitting tickets for assistance, I am yet to receive any assistance nor have I received even a call or email regarding the return to service. I find it unacceptable when I have a business to run and I cannot get through to the host of my website and my email provider. I do not know how much business I have lost and how many unhappy clients I have because I am unable to receive or respond to any emails. I am at a loss!
We had a vehicle under ABSA vehicle finance. At a point, we had entered into an agreement with ABSA to pay off an outstanding amount, which was paid off. ABSA then added on legal fees without out knowledge to the account. Unfortunately we hadn't collected the logbook when the vehicle was paid off. Now that we want to sell the vehicle, we cannot retrieve the logbook. We want to make payment, however we are sent from pillar to post. Nobody knows what their job is, as collections send us to legal, legal send us to collections. We are constantly given Gladys Manyike's number, who is never available, and when she does answer, she cuts the call. We don't know what else to do now, as we need this sorted out urgently
I have the Telkom unlimited LTE package with the Huawei B315 router. For the past week we have only been getting speeds of 0.5Mbps download and even poorer upload speeds. I am in the Westville North area. For LTE this is pathetic and cannot be so slow. There is no number to contact for LTE and when you contact Telkom you get the run around. Please can someone help with this.
