Myself and my mom went to Epson Seafood on crescent Street overport on 14 March 2025. To purchase Fish Roe and Mussel Cracker fish. Once there the owner said to another customer that they don't keep fish overnight, everyday they freshly cut clean and slice the fish. We are waiting for the guys to cut the fish we wanted. nothing happening they are busy cutting Brarcuda no sign the requested fish. Now I see the guy is unpacking previously cut and packed fish into a dish and slicing the fish to make thinner pieces for us as customers to believe it's freshly cut. The other customer seeing they taking so long decides to leave and wowla the owner sees that and says ma there is the fish freshly cut and packed for her. She was confused she took fish then I said he is lying they are unpacking yesterday packs and repacking them for sale. The owner got angry wud me for saying that he said I must not come back to his store
Hi they have a special slice of cake and a cappuccino for 75 rand. I went to the durban north branch to purchase a slice of red velvet and cappuccino. To my dismay when I reached home to eat my cake it was half the size compare to the slice I normally get. Called the store the manager tells me if I had the cake she could have done something. I stay in reservoir hills and to go back to Durban North is not on. I will be thinking twice to purchase from the store again.
I went Chicken Licken on Friday the 30 July 2021. I order a 6 piece meal. I asked the cashier for certain pieces which she said she has to call the manager. I said fine when the manager came he was rude but he said its OK with the pieces I want I just won't get another piece I said fine. When I got home the pieces I received was the the total opposite of what I got. Even after speaking to the manager. This was not cool and this not the first tym I had a bad experience with the store the other time there was a baby ****roach in my food the lady pleaded with me not to say anything
I am so dissatisfied wud ocean basket umhlanga and wud the customer care of ocean . I emailed a complaint in August and the early in September up till now I didn't receive any feedback.
Hi I went to pic and pay hyermarket this afternoon. I went to the main store and to the bottle store was given permission by the manager to go pay for my goods at the bottle store. I picked what I needed and proceeded to the till and I was served by ntombukayu dlamini I put my bread on the counter and told the cashier that there was 2 loaves she said I told her I got 4 loaves I asked why would I tell u 4 wen I got 2 she started screaming at me . I then told to stop screaming at me which she asked who is screaming. Then she screamed at the security guard as to who allowed me to pay for my bread. I told her it was manager she told me I am not talking so close your mouth as she was not talking me .I then paid her and she didnt give my stamp I asked for the sticker. She said dont ask me for a stamp she will give me. And if she wanted to give me the whole sheet she could so I must not ask. I got my stamp and proceeded to leave and she came behind me and was screaming at the other security guard as to why I was let through and they must stop doing that. This behavior is not on. I am a regular customer there. If I had a choice I would not shop at that again.
