We wanted to buy a car from them on the 8th of May. After some miscommunication, we went to the branch, driving all the way from Pretoria to Germiston only to find out they were not ready, the car had a service missing, and was not taken for a road-worthy test. Going back there on the 9th, we figured out that it was not missing a service. However, after concluding the deal, I requested that I get a copy of the invoice for tax purposes. I then struggled for more than a week to get them to send me a copy of the invoice and other applicable documents. I notified both the finance person that assisted us, as well as the sales person about this issue. The finance person never rep**** to anything... the sales person kept on making promises. I then told them that I can't be assisted I will log a formal complaint with we buy cars... But no response After logging a formal complaint - comparing number 59602, and being told on the website they would get back in 72 hours and on the email within 48 hours, the salesperson finally managed to send me the documents... Now for the wait for the registration documents which we unfortunately also opted to get done by them... It is now 11 June, and after numerous follow-ups, we now found that the registration papers and number plates have been sent to some PostNet in Germiston.... And now, the follow-up and waiting and follow-up without proper feedback is probably going to start again, with zero feedback from customer support.
The Fridgeman initially fixed my freezer but after the same issue started coming back just 2 weeks after they left, they provided terrible service. They attempted to come to my house without prior arrangement and then left saying that : " They don;t think I have a problem else I would have been home waiting for them". The technician was very rude over the phone, and now the owner has stopped answering my messages and calls asking when they are returning to review their work. The 1 year guarantee they offer on the invoice is not worth the paper it is written on. I would not advise them to anyone
There was an incident at Edgars in Brooklyn where some of my wife's shopping items where 'misplaced' by the tellers. Unfortuanately which we only realized once home. After a couple of calls and much frustration the next day, the manager of Edgars, Joseph, managed to trace our items and saw to it that our parcel was couriered to Vanderbijlpark.<br> <br> Thank you for all the effort and assistance and your honesty in this regard<br> <br>
The instant payroll services is downgrading every month...<br> <br> Last month the payment went through all muddled up with incorrect amounts going to many of my employees and some not being paid at all.<br> <br> This month I send the EFT payment to my bank account and 3 hours later nothing shows up...<br> <br> Now I have to redo the process.. and best of all there is no support over the most important time for payroll, month end!<br> <br> This service is frustrating a disgrace to the FNB name that I was so proud to associate with.<br> <br> This is the second month the system has let me down and I still have not had a report stating why the previous issue occurred in the first place.<br> <br> I cant believe that FNB would even associate themselves with a service that is such against everything that they stand for
