Mobile Gym Repairs disappears.
I got MGR in to repair my treadmill in late 2024. I ended up asking him to rather find a buyer for it. this he did and removed the treadmill from my house in Vanderbijlpark. It was agreed that he would repair the treadmill and pay me the difference to the selling price. I followed up via WhatsApp with no response from him. I then tried his email. I kept on getting a reply that the address doesn't exist. Looks like he has closed shop and there goes my treadmill.

Granules in Ice Cream
I purchased a 5lt Vanilla Flavoured Ice Cream from President Hyper Vanderbijlpark on Saturday 2nd May 20. On Sunday evening I opened the sealed tub and served up 3 servings for the family. On eating the product we all noticed small granules in the product. On Monday I sent an e-mail to Dairymaid which came back as undelivered. I phone their office and spoke to a gentleman to inquire about the e-mail address. The e-mail address on the Under Construction website had it as ending with .co.zak. It was confirmed that this was incorrect and shouldn't have the k. When I wanted to speak to someone about my product complaint he suggested I e-mail it to them as I had 2 photos of the product and date codes on the container. I then sent the e-mail to the correct mail address as confirmed by the employee. The mail went through. It is now Thursday 7th May 20 and I have not had any response from the company.

Paying Upfront for Chronic Medication.
Paying upfront for chronic is a recent rule change that was communicated via an SMS. I have paid for 2 months without a credit yet. Trying to communicate with the fund is impossible, I have sent a few Please call me requests as advertised on the web, I have emailed Client services and Pharmacy with no response. If you phone you just seem to hold forever.
