<div>This is the second time I am writing about Manicaa. For all those people who have been led on by these people for months (11 months for me) and not delivered or given refunds, there is some hope. Get some satisfaction by getting legal advise. I have LegalWise for many years and thought why not get them involved. Took then 4 weeks with a demand letter and I got my refund. So do not give up, do not let these sharks get away with it.</div>

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF DON'T USE THEM
Placed an order on 20th Nov 2020, had 3 emails telling me some ridiculous story about "facing logistical delays due to the UK having been put back on level 5 of lock-down. We cannot provide an accurate date of delivery as the shipment might face decontamination measures once it arrives at OR Tambo". Sent emails enquiringly about my order - no reply, phoned office number which asks what department do you require, tried them all, just get cut off. Sent another email requesting refund, don't think I will get a reply. Conclusion THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF DON'T USE THEM obviously the client is not important enough to have contact with Manicaa.

This Company is a Scam and needs to be shutdown
The Owner Elize is a predator on unsuspecting people that takes money, lots of excuses, and no real service and always make one promise after the other. Do not use this woman, stay away from this company. She promised to pay back the money on numerous occasions, just crafty and a slimy character that has the mental and moral of a snake . Never answer phone calls, wants all contact done on WhatsApp. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN - LOOK ELSEWHERE. Looking at this site, there are a lots of people in the same position
