Selling via getWorth.
It was a great experience to sell a vehicle via getWorth. They were quick, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with them, from the office staff through to Andre (who did the inspection). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Well done guys.

Theft and Fraud with QNoMore
QNoMore has an interesting business model. They quote (in writing) for a license renewal, inclusive of service fee and courier charge. Renewal is obviously for 12 months, as per quote. The service in terms of delivery of licences was pretty good (two days). Checking the renewals however was an interesting exercise, both vehicles had been renewed for only 10 months. This means that 1/6 of the renewal fee went into someones pocket. After days of hassling, complaining and threats of criminal charges I received an apology and a promise to refund. This took more days of hard work to achieve, and I was finally refunded less than 1/2 of the amount that was stolen. I can furthermore prove that they did it to me a couple of years ago, but I failed to check the Licenses when they arrived. Same MO, only renew for 10 months, but charge for 12. With the Licenses I also received a pamphlet with a list of fees, all considerably lower that what was actually charged for the service. Allison Treml flatly ignored all communication from myself, other than an initial "sent it to accounts for checking". Lindy Blom entered the fray at some point, asked for bank details, promised a refund, apologised that it had not happened, promised to deal with it immediately, and did nothing. Days later I received a refund, as discussed earlier, for less that 1/2 what was owed, no explanation, nothing. Avoid this company, and its employees, like the plague, the whole setup is rotten.
