They are back harassing me after 8 years, the same Cynthia lady,
Firstly in March this year, I received a call from a sales person at Cell C offering me a better monthly data package. I agreed to this. A week or so later I received my new router, which was great. April The data I received was perfect and I was happy. In the first week in May my data was all used up which really made no sense but as I was on holiday I only got a chance to call through on the 14 May 2019. I was told that it takes 24 to 48 hours to sort out. Do on Thursday the 16 May 2019 I called just to check but my case was not sorted out as yet then I was told By Monday the 20 May 2019 someone will get back to me. Yesterday I called them to find out what is going on and still there was no feedback and not forgetting I spoke to over five people just to get some answers . Then I was told they will call me in the day. No one called so I called back this morning and again spoke to several people. Then I finally spoke to someone who is the supervisor and was told I need to speak to the follow up department and she put me through. Then I was told that in two hours time someone will call me. It’s been almost three hours no one called so I called back and again nothing has been done and I must now wait another two days. I cannot believe how pathetic the service at Cell c is.
