She made the process easy to understand, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and efficiency — it gave me confidence in the decision I was making. Sell items that are out of stock and can’t fulfil orders.
I ordered items online and it was meant to take 3 days to process. 10 days later I had no update on my order so I was forced to call them countless times with promises of “the stock is arriving today”. That same excuse was used a few times on different days. Finally the excuse changed to “the wrong item was shipped to us by supplier”. Two weeks later, and NO correspondence at all from their side despite the many empty promises that they would let me know what is happening. I had to call to get updates and no one seems to have a clue of what they are doing. I was finally promised a full refund by Aasiya, which I hope will get processed promptly. The customer service is absolutely shocking and I will definitely never support this business.

Great prices and service from Store&More Woodmead
I have been looking for affordable planters with hooks for my vertical garden/trellis. This was the only place I could find them, and for a great price too! I ordered online, and selected the Woodmead branch. Delivery is free with no minimum spend, which is also a huge plus. I received my package quickly and efficiently, and 5 stars for great service too.

Discovery say my money is 'missing', when we have proof they have it
I had a refund issued to my account on 10th of July 2020. It is now 16 September and Discovery still can't "locate the payment" despite me sending them references and even tracing numbers. Seems like they just don't want to give their clients their money back and would rather sit with it and pretend its missing (for two months and counting...)

Makro online store is a disaster
Ordering online from Makro is a complete waste of time. Firstly you spend time browsing products and filling up your cart, only to get to the checkout and find out the products are out of stock. Then why does it show in stock on the website and why is it even allowed to be added to cart if the item is out of stock? Poor web design in that regard. Secondly, once you finally do make your purchase, don’t expect to get your order any time in the near future! My order took 7 weeks to arrive! And it was just a kettle and toaster and some s****s. Naturally I had complained and my complaint was only seen to 5 weeks after I had logged it! Rather shop at takealot, much quicker service and delivery.

Wrong item shipped
I purchased a microwave online on 26 June. On 30 June, hi fi corp delivered the WRONG (cheaper) microwave to my house. I obviously need the microwave urgently so I logged a request to have the correct one delivered. It is now the 6th of July and I still have not heard when I will receive what I actually ordered. Mbhali Sithole is the consultant who is in charge of this issue and she has been absolutely useless at solving this issue. In fact, service is useless from the warehouse team right up to customer care since they packed the wrong order and shipped it thinking it was right! They have lost my support.
