Bad food and service
Bad service not enough waiters. Had a burger and chips , chips oily and burger is disappointing, bacon was underdone , really not worth the money spend. Do not waste your money or time . Music too loud and too aggressive dampen the atmosphere.

Bad service
No service , week for week an excuse . Make promises it will be ready the next week , when you phone another excuse . Been 3 weeks already waiting for my washing machine ... no client service. And you have to pay full amount .

Never enough stock , school clothing retailer
This is an outlet where you can buy school clothes. Exclusive to certain schools in bloemfontein. This outlet never have enough stock of school clothes. Basic clothes like trousers and pants . They blame you as a parent because you want to buy school clothes , you are late , all stock gone already the Thursday before the school start on Monday.

Incompenent insurance assistance
Road Side Assistance of no assistance, got stuck because waterpipe of car broke when driving back from vacation. Phone Roadside Assist of Old Mutual. They could not find location even though it is on google maps, neither recommend a place where it could be fixed , because you as client should know , even though you not from that town. I live in Bloemfontein , car break down near Bethlehem. Fortunately someone stop to assist us , private people that lived in Bethlehem, 'angels' i call them. Old Mutual admit it was their fault ,but do not pay anything out . Why should I trust an insurance company ,which clearly employ incompetent people . When I needed help they could not provide anything because staff was not prepared or trained. My fault ? It is ridicoulous , wouldnt recommend insuring with them. .

No refund??
Party packs ordered for R14 ...just 3 goodies inside , cooldrink, toy and chips packet , in packet with theme plastic bag. Personnel does not even show examples explain it contains more than it does . Had to buy extra cooldrink and then when i opened a pack already had cooldrink inside. Very disappointing and no refunds only voucher instore. Disappointing. (I Party lhpark bfn)
