I want a debit order stop since it's not in agreement I called n whatsaaped n emailed no response, worse part is capitec bank won't assist
I accidentally paid money in their account of R750 called to ask for reversal they said they can't help
I guess the are special customers at Capitec and am not one of them
Hello Peter help me take this matter further the last time I heard from Capitec it was when they replied my complaint promising me lies one more. I guess Capitec don't care about their customers. The urgent they promised will take another Month
Hello Peter do we even get help,I am so hopeless and helpless, I am sure the other person is even spending my money as we speak for 2 months seeking help but no help. Do you even care about your customers Capitec. I feel like taking this matter else where
I wasn't hoping to write any complaints again, but maybe our case are not serious I regret switching from my bank to this bank cause they don't take their customers serious am still waiting for Ur help with my money. Mokgadi who wrote last week
Hi am mokgadi the one who was supposed to be paid as Capitec client incorrectly the money was paid to wrong account for a whole month seeking help but nothing now we have to incident number with an answer that we can't help u. Assistant help from nosiphiwo masoka and incidents no ********** 7 and ********** 7. Please what must we do now help
