Active since May 2019
I made an order on the 25th April and total was R162.50, now the next day 26th April they deducted the same amount R162.50 for the same order, now they giving me stories about my refund, I went to my bank and they said the error was on their ubereats side and they need to reverse the extra charge, ubereats is telling me it takes a few hours to return but it's been 2 weeks now and no refund I raised the issue again on the 8th of May they still telling me the same explanation and they close the query telling me I should use the previous complaint link, I am not able to send any messages on that link, if this is how uber does their business I will take legal steps and they will be liable to all costs encountered throughout the process this is ridiculous when you support a company and this is the treatment you get when they made a mistake
This people say I owe them 1500, I've never signed an agreement, they send me emails and smses threatening to black list me and summons all that, they fail to respond to my emails and yet the contract they sent me doesn't even have my signature. I'm so sick of this geeez this company should be closed
