Shandoclothing1 is a SCAM. The lady behind this acc is giving me kaak attitude.. with my money nogal! (maybe because I’m not a celebrity) I bought Calvin Klein undies on the 26th of Aug and I was told I will receive my order within 21days, till to date I still haven’t received my order. On the 23rd of Sept when I wanted to follow up, she said i should check her Tuesday 28 Sept after she has attended the funeral (Ka attitude ). I even send mail for refund, she’s not responding my mail. Last follow up made was this past Sunday and she said I should check her Tuesday - Thursday. I sent follow up mail and WhatsApp this morning, she is blue ticking me. No response at all. I have been too kindly with this lady for too long. I have no idea how to fight her All I want at this moment is my money or my order so that I can leave her in peace..
With the service i recieved, Vodacom does not deserve even a single rating. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the level of service i recieved from vodacom. On Saturday I went to Vodacom store in Kolonnade Shopping centre and the level of service I received from little Miss attitude Koketso Mokwena was very horrible and out of this world. Koketso Mokwena and the Store manager Timoney Moyo got into some argument in store regarding the issue they had with a customer. I guess Koketso had to bump her anger on me. Vodacom had only 2 paypoints on a month end. The store was busy, and the queue got long as time went by, to my suprise 2 consultants Koketso included where assist 1 customer on those 2 paypoints. I went to ask madam attitude consultant Koketso Mokwena what is it delaying, so that i can decide if i leave ill comeback later. I believe i have the right to know what's going on and how long am i gonna be store cos i had few errands to run that day. Beside, my question to Vodacome is how long should a Walk-in customer be assisted in store? I mean I only went the store to buy a sim card but i spend close to an hour in store Worst part was i asked Miss attitude is a good manner, and i already told her that i come with peace why cant they assist that customer on 1 paypoint then assist the reset on the other paypoint. The answer i got from her was "we work with big money sister, so relax and get back to the queue" (with Grade A attitude). Her response got me thinking... I suppose the small guy doesnt matter to vodacom. I know how it feels to be a consultant, so i didnt wanna argue i went back to the queue. As I was in queue she busy throwing some tantrums in strore. I kept ignoring her. let's hope those where meant for the Manager. Then few minuets later some white man came in and he got assisted in just no time on the second paypoint. I went to Koketso again, to ask why is that man getting assistance whereas he just arrived, I spend close to an hour in your store just to pay for a little sim card. i really could not handle the attitude, that's when i requested her to call the Manager. Before I can even request for a Manager i told her i hope i'm the only customer she talks to this way, I know what customer service is, I was a Telkom consultant and i used to work at Mr. Price Sports, so i know how a customer should be treated. In response requesting to see the supervisour was "walk around the store and ask who the Manager is maybe you can find him". What kind of customer services is this ? i mean i spend almost an hour in store, the big guy comes in and he got assisted if few minuetes. I approach the consultant with respect wanting to know for how long am i gonna be in store and all i get is rotten customer service? @Vodacom! your consultant Koketso Mokoena have a very S.T.I.N.K.Y ATTITUDE. My advice, take your consultants to Customer Service training program, Koketso should be the very first to attend the course. She really needs this training.
