loosing us as a client because they have enough clients to sustain them, compliments of Leandrie and Johan. We requested a quotation on 3 items, on Friday, 10th of May we requested their services, on the 13th of May we only received an Invoice for their call out fee. I contacted the Repairs on site again on the 17th of May and Johan informed that he have been waiting for Bosch Head office to give him an answer on the parts that we need, I then said to Johan, Okay I, the client had to assist the company in doing their job, I contacted Bosch and they informed that the model of fridge and freezer of the spares we need have been discontinued, Then on 20 May I, the client, had to request from Repairs on site what the quote is as it has been 7 days and no inform from the company, after a few minutes of the conversation we finally received a quote on 1 item among the 3. Today the 27th of May i contacted them to request the quote on of the other items, then i spoke with Leandrie and I inquire regarding the quote for the other item and she said that they are still awaiting their supplier for the price on what needs to be fixed, now I am no expert but I do have experience in working in this industry and that is, a supplier will never take more then 2 days to give you a price (should you follow up), I then explained to leandrie that this is not good business and that someone there is not doing their work, that's when this lovely sweet lady informed me, in her words "you don't know what is going on here so don't you tell me there is someone not doing their work" there is a saying, that actions speaks louder then words in this case, their no action left me without words. Leandrie then informed that Johan said to her that they wont care about loosing us as a client because they have enough clients to sustain them. in my opinion in today's economy, 1 client lost is 1 to many...
