They reject all claims
They are a scam. They look and sound all professional and straightforward, but they are a scam. Three years later, i feel so dumb to have taken this long to attempt a claim. I somehow was warned but they sound soooo promising. My car was just chipped but they turned it down.

I was deceived
I paid R30 000 for products that I am totally disappointed with. The adverti*****t does not match the product I received. Getting my wedding package alone was a nightmare and I had to promise them that I would take this to the social media platform for people to see who they truly are. The lady I was dealing with lied to me time and time again, making empty promises and ended up ignoring my texts. I have tons of Watsap messages that I still have as proof. My wedding video has glitches and some parts of it are much darker than others. The guests don't really appear through the reception and I also had a big standing frame that was my memory lane and it doesn't appear anywhere in the album or the video. The summarized video of my wedding is about 1.5 minutes and the one that was used in advertising the product is much longer than the one they delivered and there are important aspects of the wedding that they could have shown but it seems like they did it in hurry. Already they were very late in delivering the package.
