Please be on the lookout for Gcwabe Travels on Tik Tok. They are ****mers. They are not legit. They hire out cars and holiday homes, once they receive payment they send a **** confirmation and you will not here from them again. They operate on whatsapp under the number 061 179 0855

Horrible service at the Rhino hotel
We booked the Rhino hotel on 29 December 2022 but when we got there the place was not as advertised on their website (it was bad). When we got there they told us that they actually booked us at the Sister hotel which is Sleepy Lion just down the road. When we got their we asked to view the rooms before we actually paid for the booking. Same thing the place was not as advertised on their webiste, they said the place was new but the stove was so old you can see that it wwas used a couple of times; so ask them to cancel the booking because there was not way that we were going to pay that amount for that kind of accommodation. The entrance at the Rhino hotel was shocking, the one couch (yellow one) was so dirty. There were to other couples who also booked in at the same time as us but they went to view the rooms at the Rhino hotel and they came back and demanded a refund (which they received). We left and booked another hotel and later that evenign an amount of R7590 went off my account and they never cancelled the booking as we requested. I started chatting to them on whatsapp and they promised that they would give us the refund but when I followed up a very rude person responded by seeing they never promised me a refund (I have all the conversations on whatsapp). I am not going to leave this matter because I see a lot of people are complaining and the service is poor. I will be sending out health inspectors to go and view the place; the will make the call if the place is up to standard or not. The worst part is the pictures that they advertised; it is a real scam. The only form of communication on their website is a whatsapp number; there is no direct line or email address to contact them.

Do not order from Drip Cartel
Good day Please do not order anything on the Drip Cartel website; they do not give you regular updates, they do not respond to the telephone on their website. They take forever to respond via whatsapp. I ordered sneakers on 6 July 2021 and I had to follow up on the order myself, they do not send you anything. I think this is a scam because I sent an email requesting a refund by now I am not getting any responses from either lines of communication

Loan from declined to approved
I sent a negative review on Bayport Financial services last week; but I have to say that my issue has since been resolved. Thanks to Lerato Mafisa, a customer service consultant, for her excellent service in ensuring I got the treatment that I deserved. Well done Lerato!

Mislead
I applied for a loan last week Tuesday; submitted all my documents and received an sms last week Friday evening that my loan was declined. On Tuesday, 28 May 2019 one of their consultants gave me a call saying she saw that my loan was declined and asked if they offered me a settlement because I qualify for a loan (normally you would be told that you tentatively qualify for a loan of in principal but she made it sound as like an approved loan. She even gave me the instalment that I would be paying (as if the loan was already approved). She asked that I submit all the documents asap because if I sent all the docs they would finalise the deal yesterday and make the pay out. She sent the application form and asked me to fill it in and send it back asap. This morning when I followed up on the loan; she told me that the person reviewing the loan uses a different criteria than what they (the consultant) use, so I was totally confused. My problem is that I rejected an approved loan because they offered me more and I would have saved a lot more. I don't think anyone would apply for a loan if they are not in a position to pay for it.
