I just had my Renault repaired after quite a bad accident. The parts from Renault took a while to get here and Jonathan called every week to keep me informed. Once the parts arrived the job was done quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very friendly and kept in contact with me as the job progressed. The Kangoo looked like new when I picked it up so all in all a very good experience.
I cancelled this in February as I have never used it. I noticed today that it was still being deducted from my cel c account. They kindly explained that although I called to cancel it I never answered the phone when they called to confirm that I did actually make the cancellation. That was 13 February and my phone has been on pretty much 24/7 so the excuse is pathetic to say the least. I called twice today and still waiting for a call to confirm that once again I have cancelled my subscription..
