Bad service

I have ordered a meal on line for R154. 99 and my order was not delivered. I logged a complaint with their support and a response from Ismal was that a ticket will be available on the menu bar to use. However its 7 days ago the ticket or funds are still not available to use. KFC I want my money back into my account ASAP I don't owe you anything and you really disappointed me on this one. Disappointed

Hi my name is Thandeka I just bought 2 Big Mac now @ 7 o'clock. @ Mc D Diepkloof Square. I cant believe the gave me yesterday's left overs. The burgers were not fresh and the chips were worse. They just warmed them and gave them to me, I could not finish eating the way I'm so disgusted. Contact No: ********** 699
