Byron Thietz Bnt services
Stay away from these people. Bnt services (Byron Thietz). They take money under false pretenses and then don't do the work they contract to. Byron came to my clients property in Sunset Beach where an existing well point was not working well. He stated to fix the the problem he would drill 2 new well point holes and asked for R3790 up front. I paid the money into his bank account and he said he would start the next day. After 1 week of excuses for not turning up to start and many watsaps and emails , I sent him an email asking for my money back. He then turned up 4 days later and started work on the new well point holes. 3 Hours later he told me he had finished and installed and connected 2 new well point holes to the pump. The next day I rang him and told him the well point pump was not working. After a few days he did not come out to fix the problem, so I arranged another contractor to look. He dug up where the holes and pipes were supposed to be installed by Byron and he found there were no new holes and no new pipes installed. He gave me a written report confirming this. I then had a second contractor call by to look and he verified no new holes or new pipes had been installed. I then contacted Byron and asked for my money back. After 1 week of arguing he agreed by email to refund my money. That was 3 weeks ago and after many emails and watsaps I still do not have my money back. They are now ignoring all communication. I am now looking at other methods to get my money back. Do not do business with this person or his company. He will not honor his contractual obligations.
