Stealing from an elderly widow
Byron Thietz and Nicole Thietz found it appropriate to not only mislead an elderly widow but also lie to her and steal from her. BNT Services are not to be trusted. Byron and Nicole Thietz you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Pathetic Services!!
DISGUSTED!! Cannot believe that I fell victim of this terrible person!! Drilled 2 holes and connected and tested, and apparently there was water. I was not home, my mother in law was with him. He was supposed to come back to hook up my pump as I bought my own pump. We hooked it up ourselves eventually and nothing, no water. He responded to a few whatsApp messages, now nothing. One Sunday I actually received a very DRUNK voice note from him as well. Not to mention that he reeked like alcohol when he came to dig the holes.

DISGUSTED!! Cannot believe that I fell victim of this terrible person!! Drilled 2 holes and connected and tested, and apparently there was water. I was not home, my mother in law was with him. He was supposed to come back to hook up my pump as I bought my own pump. We hooked it up ourselves eventually and nothing, no water. He responded to a few whatsApp messages, now nothing. Stay away from these people. Bnt services (Byron Thietz). They take money under false pretenses and then don't do the work they contract to. Byron came to my clients property in Sunset Beach where an existing well point was not working well. He stated to fix the the problem he would drill 2 new well point holes and asked for R3790 up front. I paid the money into his bank account and he said he would start the next day. After 1 week of excuses for not turning up to start and many watsaps and emails , I sent him an email asking for my money back. He then turned up 4 days later and started work on the new well point holes. 3 Hours later he told me he had finished and installed and connected 2 new well point holes to the pump. The next day I rang him and told him the well point pump was not working. After a few days he did not come out to fix the problem, so I arranged another contractor to look. He dug up where the holes and pipes were supposed to be installed by Byron and he found there were no new holes and no new pipes installed. He gave me a written report confirming this. I then had a second contractor call by to look and he verified no new holes or new pipes had been installed. I then contacted Byron and asked for my money back. After 1 week of arguing he agreed by email to refund my money. That was 3 weeks ago and after many emails and watsaps I still do not have my money back. They are now ignoring all communication. I am now looking at other methods to get my money back. Do not do business with this person or his company. He will not honor his contractual obligations.

Extremely bad service

He has taken my money under false pretences and now wants nothing to do with you. He promised me there is water but i believe it was a con. Byron has left me no alternative but to seek satisfaction through alternative means. Nobody please dont use him. Comes across as a good person but far from it. A gentleman in Somerst West has the same problem My cell no. is ********** 652. </p>

When we came home we tested the pump just to find out it does not work. We tried for 2 weeks to get hold of Byron, only for his wife to tell us he went fishing. But until today no answer from him. We had to get a new company to come check and well behold, BNT Services only drilled 1m deep put on the pump and left. I had to pay the new company for removing the 1m pipe and pump as they have tested and my area has no water for well point. If Byron was honest and told me we have no water I would have paid the R1000 call out fee, but he cheated and scammed us. I have tried phoning Byron send a lot of messages and still no answer. I am busy with steps against BNT Services, but this message is to make sure no one ends up like me with nothing to show for my money. Please be aware of people like this.</p>

<p>Avoid at all costs!! Arranged to have a WellPoint installed, paid deposit as requested. Only to have no one show up. Struggled getting hold of both Byron and Nicole Thietz who own the business. Eventually got hold of them and they said they’d get back to us to set a new date for installation. Waited about a week and again still no feedback or communication. Got tired of waiting and asked for my deposit back. They are still ignoring all my calls and messages. Still don’t have deposit back after a few weeks now! Not good people! </p>
