BNT Services ***?!
<p>Avoid at all costs!! Arranged to have a WellPoint installed, paid deposit as requested. Only to have no one show up. Struggled getting hold of both Byron and Nicole Thietz who own the business. Eventually got hold of them and they said they’d get back to us to set a new date for installation. Waited about a week and again still no feedback or communication. Got tired of waiting and asked for my deposit back. They are still ignoring all my calls and messages. Still don’t have deposit back after a few weeks now! Not good people! </p>

STAY AWAY!
Terrible service! Even as an owner in a complex where they are the managing agents, they have proven rude and unhelpful time and time again. Stay far away from them if you’re able! They are wolfs in sheeps clothing. Super nice at first until they get what they want from you. When you experience any problem and try to clear things up with them they are defensive from the get go and blatantly rude and don’t have answers for any questions that could potentially do them or thier egos any harm. Sadly, it’s this way throughout their organization here in Somerset West. From Brian the managing agent, Hannelie the financial administrator to Sunette as the office administrator. Not good people. And these are not just my own views or experiences. Many owners and even tenants here feel exactly the same way
