I submitted my outstanding documents to Sars 31 days. Since the submission, I have been getting regular reminders about a 21 days' waiting period, and now that the 21 days have come and gone, Sars still hasn't changed their tune. Why, Sars, is it easier for you to penalise me, but you struggle to give me a long overdue refund that is due to me? Why did I have to wait 21 days, when this used to be achieved overnight in the not so distant past?
Sars is simply impossible. So I have contacted two of their reps. After the first one I went into the Sars website, only to be confronted by an IRP5 form I couldn't bypass. The website won't reset my password, in fact the OTP system is a disaster. The second rep left me hanging, simply disappeared and never bothered to call back. The Sars branch closest to me has bookings till end of Nov. Their walk-ins demand that you to arrive at Sars between 6 - 7am, otherwise you stand no chance. Lwazi the robot is a clueless dummy, and their Live chat is unresponsive. Nobody attends to complaints, yet they're threatening to penalise me. Why? What else is one supposed to do?
I asked the gentleman working at the Sandton branch of AKJ to replace the mechanism in my Michelle Herbellin watch. When my niece went to collect, he insisted on cash (R1500), and that they meet at Nandos rather than at the business premise where we had initially made contact. He gave her the watch back, offered an oral warranty of 6 months, and yet no receipt. Today, a week later, the watch is already running behind schedule. I cannot find anybody to report the matter to, and nobody has responded to any of the emails I have sent thus far. Is it possible to get ****med within legitimate business premises? What does this mean? There are just no telephone numbers to call...
Bheki Sebegoe was simply excellent. Not only did he find me a tow truck to come help me with my flat battery, chop- chop, but he also checked up on me later, to ensure all my needs had been met. Thanks lots Bheki and Miway🌻
Are you a Dodge Caliber owner living in the Northern suburbs in Cape Town? Have you been struggling to get good service for your car? Take it from me - look no further than Goch & Cooper. They're the best in car service, regardless of the model! They're simply excellent. Period.
Vitality continues to award me 50 to 100 points instead of the 300 points I deserve, this is despite updates from my Fitbit watch showing the steps taken, the distance traveled, the time spent and calories lost.
A very problematic watch, it loses data and fails to sync all the time. You can't take it anywhere for repairs either. So you're stuck with it.
Was tossed around while trying to make a Kulula booking. Vitality pointed me towards Kulula & vice versa. Lost both data & airtime, still landed up without a booking. Some reps have very bad attitudes. Discovery's online platform is a nightmare. Extremely frustrating...
Swiftreg failed to help me with my tax registration, and is refusing to refund me. All I get from their rep is silent treatment even though she had sent me a refund form.
The Standard Bank Funeral Policy premium grows annually to keep up with inflation, yet no matter how many years you invest in the policy you'll end up with the same R10k you'd started off with. On top of that the tombstone and airtime provisions are withheld from deserving clients even though these benefits are suppodedly guaranteed.
