If I could not give a star at all I would. I made a booking for the 5th till the 12th of January . The Tuesday I got back late from work to find my pod given to other occupants. The new occupants said they'd been told I checked out I was only meant to fetch my stuff. The guy who was on the shift said he could not cancel my reservation but only could move me to another one of their accommodations mind you this is 2am in the morning and I had to be back at work at 5:45am. I emailed the property through booking.com as well as directly but I haven't received a response in 2 days... It's really annoying. I don't understand how a business meant to operate with a system can simply double book a room just to make extra income.
Bought a laptop bag meant to be delivered in 3-5 days. That's some weeks back. After the first week went past, I called and emailed but no response. After threatening to go legal then I received an email simply stating that I would get the product 3-5 weeks later. I was frustrated, so I requested a refund. I got blocked off their Facebook page. No one is responding yet again. The phone number does not go through. We seriously need to get the frauds shut down.
