Good Day I had a loan with bruma Finance that I didn't finish paying(this was in 2015) so now I've been recently trying to get hold of them to no avail I'd say. The company I found on Google(under the name bruma Finance) told me I need to pay R600 to have my account reinstated, which I was a little skeptical about especially because the Consultant that was assisting me sounded very dodgy, she kept saying "let me ask my manager and I'll get back to you" she seemed rather "clueless" for someone who was employed there. But now after thorough research, it looks like Bruma Finance has been closed down, now I need to have my name cleared on the credit beruea. So I wanted to find out how do I go about settling my bruma Finance account or at least getting a clearance letter since the company closed down. Thank you
I went to Build It in Mamelodi the one by Tsamaya Road, and everyone there is said to be rude and useless and racist. I wanted to exchange a gas cylinder and they didn't want to help because the packaging was open. Their till slip clearly states that the only thing they don't exchange is electrical appliances and that their exchanges are done within 10days after date of purchase. The assistants are incompetent because they're the ones who sold us a wrong cylinder. Now their rude store manager tells me that I'm racist and that he hates working with blacks because we don't see reason. I feel very violated especially because he was ready to call the police on us and he even damaged the packaging further and threw it in the bin. I need urgent help on this matter... I need that rude store manager to be dealt with ASAP.
Native Child is a black owned business based in Roodepoort. I honestly thought they had good business until I placed an order with them. Its been 7 good business days since Ive been waiting for my order.... and everytime I contact them, they keep telling me its on its way.... how can a product from Joburg to Pretoria delay with 7days when they have promised to deliver in 4 business days!? Im so furious with the way they handle their business. And as for their consultant "Lerato"... shes hanged up on me twice when Icalled to enquire about my order. Now they dont want to cancel my order but they still unable to deliver!? This is so frustrating... what should I do!?
