Vodacom defrauding loyal clients
I have a problem with Vodacom who has been billing me with over 200.00 more than usual since November last year.. This month the bill was over 300.00 more than usual.. When I phoned to enquire about it.. They advised me that I upgraded on my data package via ussd in January 2020...now this is where I get mad.. They claim I upgraded in Jan 2020..but only started billing me in November for the upgrade and now in January 2021 its even higher.. This is daylight robbery and totally unacceptable...January bill 780.00.. How do my contract payment go from 480,to 680 thank 780...i need urgent refunds on this fraud from Vodacom.

Daughter suspended due to incorrect statement
My daughter has been suspended from this school on 9 July 2019 due to arrears on school fees, upon visiting the bookkeeper I found that she has not taken off my last payment made on 06 June 2019 and also have fees added to my statement which does not comply to me or my child. I kindly asked the bookkeeper to rectify my statement, resend a correct statement, inform her principal of the mistake she made and also issue me with a written apology for the emotional trauma and embarrassment my daughter endured, not to mention the fact that I had to run around the first week of a new term to find a new school for her. To date I have not received any response on my mail to her. I also have to mention that she admitted that her internet is not of the best quality hence she did not pick up my last payment. How on earth can a school issues such incorrect info and just get away with it. No consideration for the parents or learners at the school.

Kliptown secondary school disrespectful teacher
I am utterly disappointed in communication from the Maths teacher Mrs Winlock from kliptown secondary school. First she issues my son with a one day suspension letter for incomplete homework which I disagreed on because I don't see why he should miss class on all other subjects, so I sent him to school with a note that I don't agree and that his right to education should not be violated due to 1subjects homework. She than tells my son "this is **** tell your mother to come to school". This level of disrespect and fowl language should not be tolerated and needs attention
