In February 2018, I signed up with Plus VPS communications, the individual i was dealing with was JP Kuypers. The initial Sign up fee was R650.00, This was paid on the 25 February 2018. For the first 2 months, I realised that my initial contract of 50GIGS was not sufficient, I then went one contact higher, I was then Paying R549 for 100GIGS . In June 2018, that when all the problems started, I was without WIFI for June and July, after a huge argument with MR. JP Kuypers he then assured me that a new sim card would be delivered. Be in mind that i have paid the R549 monthly even though i have not had Wifi at home. The new Sim Card arrived on the 2nd August 2018. All sorted we had Wifi for one month, at the end of August i had forgotten to pay the fee (was on maternity leave), however on the 01 September 2018 the amount of R549 was paid, my services was suspended because i paid the amount on the 01 September 2018 and not the 31 August 2018. Another fight ensured due to this. He assured me almost every day that the wifi will be sorted. By this time he owed me 3 months of services that i had paid for. He was always blaming CellC and waiting CellC. So no WIFI for September 2018 and October 2018. In November 2018 another agreement was reached. I received a new sim card and all was well, On the 01 December 2018 CellC had that massive network error. Please remember through all this i have been paying my account even when o never had services. The whole of December 2018 i never had access and it was CellC that was at fault according to Mr Kupers. In January 2019, I went through so many different channels and so much frustration to try and get my money back. With every single communication between me and Mr. Kuypers, he was arrogant and rude and made it seem as me the customer was at fault. Once again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt even though he had lied to me and had been deceitful. He informed me of the delivery cost for the new sim card to be R300, I paid the half of the delivery cost (Stupid me). 4 weeks ago another argument ensured because i had not received the sim card after all the agreements was reached. which was i would pay half of the fees for the delivery and for 6 months of Wifi with no payment to make up for all the issues i had and no services. To date i have had no response from him or any communications he is not taking my calls, not answering my emails or even whatsapp. He has gone and opened a new website https://www.bcard.mobi/PLUSvps to do business from this website. I have laid a charge of theft and fraud against him. HE OWES ME R3 444.00 ALL IN ALL INCLUDING THE R150 I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGE. Like he said in a previous review on Hallo Peter he does not care.
