On 11 July 2019 I spoke to J P Kuypers from Plus VPS Communications (Pty) Ltd who then quote me R250 for a very simple logo design. He insisted that I pay the full amount before he could start with the design, which I promptly did. On 16 July 2019 I send him a message asking him if he could give a estimate on when my logo would be complete. His response was "Good day, your logo is in progress and should be ready by no later than tomorrow afternoon or before" on 18 July 2019 I received a message from him "Good day, your logo will be ready today" On 19July 2019 I send him a message "Any estimate when my logo would be complete please" on 23 July 2019 I send him a new message "Still not heard anything from you" Again he answered "Good day, we are busy finalising it, and we will send it later"I am sorry about the delays, we are facing power outage yesterday. I will see to it you get it all sorted out today" On 24 July 2019 I send him a message "Presume I do not have to wait or hope anymore. And yes you are the one that get cross when clients complain" Again he send me a message telling me how his computer crashed due to power failure and the data recovery took longer than anticipated, and that he is busy with it and will send it later. On 25 July 2019 I send him a message asking him how he think we could resolve this issue, as I came to the conclusion that he would not render me the service that I already paid his quoted price in full. Again got the excuse of him trying to recover his lost data on his computer. I then told him it is a pity that I now have to find someone else to design my logo and now have to wait another week for my logo. That is when all hell broke loose and he was telling me that he does not have to steal from people and he would not scam me. I must send him my bank particular and he will pay me back. I did send him my particulars via WhatsApp where he told me that if I do not send it via email he will get his attorney to get it from me. I told him that I am going to add him to Hellopeter, whereby he told me what big idiot I am and how he would get his attorney to contact me, he does not give a **** what I do. I send him a email with my bank particulars and he send me a email back that he received my info and he will transfer the money. On 27 July 2019 I send him a email asking him to send me proof of payment. I received a email back "Proof of payment will be send as soon as possible. Im still waiting on your actions remember?" I then send him a email back "So you are not going to pay me back" His answer "If you can not READ then it is your problem. I quote YET AGAIN “ Proof of payment will be send as soon as possible “ Do not let me start insulting you for the idiot you are. If you cant read, go back to school"

In February 2018, I signed up with Plus VPS communications, the individual i was dealing with was JP Kuypers. The initial Sign up fee was R650.00, This was paid on the 25 February 2018. For the first 2 months, I realised that my initial contract of 50GIGS was not sufficient, I then went one contact higher, I was then Paying R549 for 100GIGS . In June 2018, that when all the problems started, I was without WIFI for June and July, after a huge argument with MR. JP Kuypers he then assured me that a new sim card would be delivered. Be in mind that i have paid the R549 monthly even though i have not had Wifi at home. The new Sim Card arrived on the 2nd August 2018. All sorted we had Wifi for one month, at the end of August i had forgotten to pay the fee (was on maternity leave), however on the 01 September 2018 the amount of R549 was paid, my services was suspended because i paid the amount on the 01 September 2018 and not the 31 August 2018. Another fight ensured due to this. He assured me almost every day that the wifi will be sorted. By this time he owed me 3 months of services that i had paid for. He was always blaming CellC and waiting CellC. So no WIFI for September 2018 and October 2018. In November 2018 another agreement was reached. I received a new sim card and all was well, On the 01 December 2018 CellC had that massive network error. Please remember through all this i have been paying my account even when o never had services. The whole of December 2018 i never had access and it was CellC that was at fault according to Mr Kupers. In January 2019, I went through so many different channels and so much frustration to try and get my money back. With every single communication between me and Mr. Kuypers, he was arrogant and rude and made it seem as me the customer was at fault. Once again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt even though he had lied to me and had been deceitful. He informed me of the delivery cost for the new sim card to be R300, I paid the half of the delivery cost (Stupid me). 4 weeks ago another argument ensured because i had not received the sim card after all the agreements was reached. which was i would pay half of the fees for the delivery and for 6 months of Wifi with no payment to make up for all the issues i had and no services. To date i have had no response from him or any communications he is not taking my calls, not answering my emails or even whatsapp. He has gone and opened a new website https://www.bcard.mobi/PLUSvps to do business from this website. I have laid a charge of theft and fraud against him. HE OWES ME R3 444.00 ALL IN ALL INCLUDING THE R150 I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGE. Like he said in a previous review on Hallo Peter he does not care.

I feel obligated to inform anybody that is not sure about the above mentioned company, where there was a lot of back and forth from both parties, the owner had undertaken to refund me in full but had said that it was company policy to wait 14 days, this I have on written record from him. Months have passed and there has been no refund, despite me having given my banking details.

We ordered an paid for LTE service for our area, we were guaranteed that our Area South Coast, KZN, Port Edward, has LTE coverage this is over 2 months ago, first JP who sold us this package constantly apologized that cellC was having problems and after 3 weeks delivery would definitely happen, then he suggested cancelling and refunding our money 2 weeks later , to date we have still not received our refund, after promises and promises, I have spoken to 4 other companies who has assured me that our area does not have coverage, so was this just a scam, who knows, all we want is our money backJP and honesty

Joshua Paul Kuypers of 1380 Opaal Street, Waverley, , Pretoria who is the owner of plusvps.co.za (plusvps communications) has terrible service and it is my opinion he wishes to defraud and rob people. I came across his posts on Facebook under the name JP Kuypers for website domain sales at a discounted rate. He had his whatsapp number there so I sent him a message. It is interesting to know that he refuses to give his full name Joshua Paul Kuypers and u had to find this out myself. Furthermore I also found out his wife's name Antoinette Kuypers and believe they are in business together. It seems to be he has no offices and works from home. His website plusvps.co.za does not abide by the Electronic Communications Act of 2002 which states that all south African websites must have the owners full name, address, if a company there registration number and list of directors as well as other info on his site which there is none. His FAQ section is empty. He has no terms page. Once we began communication a few days ago. He stated an item was R50 as per his advert on Facebook. I informed him of my interest to then which he said I must goto his website. I went to his website but the product was R179pa. So on Saturday evening I informed him of this and he said OK wait (on whatsapp) and then he sent me a new link with the product updated at R50. However upon adding to shopping cart the cart added another product for R50 which I didn't require (specifically email hosting). I informed him on whatsapp and then quickly (after 7pm at night on a Saturday) he sent me a new link on whatsapp. So I went back to his website via the link and I completed the order for R50. Then I arranged a payment from capitec to his capitec account within 2 hours. (He doesn't seem to have a business account. Just a personal one. Then I sent him proof off payment on whatsapp and asked him to allocate the payment on the system, He refused to do so. He started having a very bad attitude towards me. He said it's Saturday and I don't work on Saturday and it will be sorted on Monday. My response was that website domains can be registered 24/7, hosting companies work 24/7 but my biggest argument was that on a Saturday prior to me paying him any money he was very willing to assist me in ordering. Once the payment was made he refuses to do anything. He continued fighting with me saying oh R50 doesn't mean anything to him. I should take a refund. Then he said I must send him bank details for the refund. Which I did. Then he said oh the bank details are not the same as the one it came from. I said well if you have the bank account details it came from just send it back there. In another complaint I read him ranting and raving about laws. I have already mentioned his violation of the ECT act of 2002. And he also seems to be violating the consumer protection act as well by not delivering on services promised after payment has been made. False advertising of products. And i assume much more. I would strongly suggest nobody use this rude, arrogant, unprofessional, unethical person. It is my opinion his business is just one big scam that he and his wife run together. I hope Facebook bans all his accounts including the Joshua Kuypers one, the JP Kuypers one, The Antoinette Kuypers and the Paul Kuypers. Clients may get afraid of doing business with strangers because of people like him.
